I love multi-purpose things so I was really excited about buying this set. The quality feels really good, as everyone says, and it was true to size (although hard to get on and off, also as everyone says!), however the colour wasn’t as vibrant as online and I hadn’t realised that having 3 layers of fabric (two top pieces and bottoms) across my rib cage is a bit full on and cumbersome, and means the swim suit doesn’t feel as sleek as it would if you got their other option of swimsuit (3 piece).
I liked the idea that this could be a bikini as well as a one piece but trying to wear as a bikini just squeezes out my bulgey bits which are almost non existent when not being squeezed!
It also made me a little sad that you cannot get a refund if you change your mind/ don’t think the style suits you, only a credit to buy something else. Given you can’t try things on ahead of time, and the swimsuit is very expensive, I think there should be an option to return things provided the item is in the same condition (all tags etc).
One reason to get the 4 piece over the 3 piece in my opinion though (and why I don’t plan to swap mine for this) is that you can tie the strap between your breasts as you see in the photos which gives the swimsuit a completely different look. It’s also great being able to wear the whole swim suit in either reversible option, as well as mixing the reversible sides up.
I’m hoping I’ll grow to love this more than I do right now, I’d been thinking about buying it…
