About this piece

In collaboration with Wiradjuri artist, Amanda Hinkelmann, we give you Guyulgang - a wearable celebration of community, feminine resilience, and women’s innate ability to support and uplift one another. Earthen shades of rust and khaki, juxtaposed with vibrant shades and raspberry pink tell the story of connection to Mother Nature.

The artwork depicts clusters of women gathering in meeting places along a vast ocean line, evoking the notion that, united, we can be the rising tide lifting all boats.

Wear as a set with the Guyulgang Bikini Top, or pair with the Guyulgang Viviana Dress or Clay or Raspberry Mesh Sarong for the complete look.

Fabric

This bikini bottom has two sides: one is made of Polyester, and the other is made of Nylon. Both of which are Italian-made and recycled. The Nylon side is matte and more flexible than the Polyester side. Bikinis featuring both our signature polyester and nylon fabrics are more flexible than those with only Polyester.

Our signature Italian swimwear fabrics are made using regenerated polyester thread from pre and post-consumer waste. As this piece features shape-controlling properties and high technical performance, please expect it to feel firmer than regular swimwear.

  • Hand-wash only in cold water
  • Do not soak, bleach, rub or wring
  • Do not iron or tumble dry
  • Lay flat to dry only
  • Dry in the shade
  • To avoid fabric from drying out, ensure any sand is removed from the garment.

Great Swim Bottoms, Absentee Customer Service

I hate to do this, but here we go...

I received these swim bottoms at the beginning of August and loved them. They are so pretty and fit really nicely. However, an intense amount of residue stuck to the crotch area when I pulled the sanitary liner off. The residue virtually eliminates the ability the bottoms to be reversible unless I want others to suspect I have a brown discharge occurring in my nethers. Worse yet, I have reached out to their customer service with no response. This is extremely odd for a retail company that sells higher priced swimwear. A simple reply would have been enough.

Fit for an apple bottom

I measured carefully but I have an apple belly not an apple bottom, so I needed to return for a smaller size…there was a gap at the leg opening at the side/bottom of my bum. if your hip size includes more lower belly fat, then gluteus Maximus… go down one size! I’m 60 years old 5’4” and 160 I have a thicker waist flat bum and toned legs. I ordered a 10 and needed an 8 US size

Lovely bikini - colour not as per images

I loved this bikini set but the green colour wasn’t as rich as in the image photos on the website so I’ve had to return.

Although we've taken great care to reproduce the colours presented as accurately as possible, colours may vary from monitor to monitor. The appearance of fabric colours in imagery are affected by many factors, including photography lighting and varied monitor lighting. We use heat-sublimation printing for our products as it uses no water and non-toxic dyes, but it can produce slight print variations.
