Refund policy

 

As an Australian business, we are regulated by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The Australian Consumer Law has consumer guarantees to ensure that, as a consumer, you are receiving a product that is not faulty, is inline with its description and be fit for purchase. The ACCC also highlight that the grounds in which a consumer is eligible for a refund. These reasons do not apply if you have received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We are able to offer you a store credit or exchange if you wish to return your goods to us in as-received condition (outlined above), however do not offer refunds unless it's on the rare occasion that the product is received faulty and approved by our quality control team. 

All requests for return of goods for store credit or exchange must be made via email to lovemail@baiia.com.au, or directly through our Returns Portal within thirty (30) days of original order. Returns must be in the original condition, unworn, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or marks of any kind. We reserve the right to reject and return your item if these conditions are not met. Items purchased on sale (including marked down, clearance or sample/second quality items) or gifted items are final and will not be accepted for return. 

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs. If you have activated your PayPal Free Returns and purchase using PayPal, your return postage may be free. Find out more here
