As of July 1st 2021, the EU has removed the 22 Eurode minimis limit. This means that your order will be subject to VAT upon arrival. Unfortunately, Baiia can not pre-pay these taxes on your behalf. RETURNS
All full-price change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or an exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request or an exchange via our online returns portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Read our Returns terms and conditions here.

PRE-ORDERS
If your item is on pre-order, this will be dispatched once it becomes available. You can find estimated delivery timeframes on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch. If you’d like to organise for your items to be sent separately, please drop us a line at lovemail@baiia.com.au.

Please note that in certain rare cases where the shipping cost of an order is significantly higher due to factors such as the weight, size of the package, or the delivery location, we reserve the right to request additional payment to cover these excess shipping fees. Should this situation arise, we will promptly contact the customer to discuss the options available. The customer may choose to proceed with the additional payment to cover the excess shipping fees or alternatively, they may opt to cancel their order. However, it's important to understand that we are unable to refund any merchant fees associated with the canceled order.
Baiia is currently unable ship to the following countries at this time:

USA & REST OF THE WORLD: LOCAL GOVERNMENT DUTIES
Overseas Taxes, Duties and/or Tariffs may be payable by you, the customer, dependant on your country.
European Union - Your local government will generally apply GST/VAT upon arrival. This varies per country so check your local regulations. If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Baiia Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping, handling and merchant fees associated.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Should your order be lost, stolen or damaged while in transit, Shipping Protection ensures you qualify for a replacement or refund. Shipping Protection is automatically added to your cart, but can be removed. Please note - if you choose not to opt in, we cannot guarantee compensation in the event of loss, theft or damage to your parcel during transit.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
By choosing 'Authority to Leave' you take responsibility should the order go missing after it has been marked as delivered. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
AVAILABILITY
Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.
