All returns will be accepted for online store credit only. Store credit notes have no expiry and can be used on our entire store. Store credits can only be used in a single transaction and any unused credits will not be reinstated. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request. The item must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Please ensure to wear appropriate undergarments while trying on swimwear.

RETURN SHIPPINGThe cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Baiia.
If you have activated your PayPal Free Shipping Returns and purchase using PayPal, your return postage may be covered by PayPal. This is a shipping reimbursement only. Find out more here.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?Once your suit arrives in our warehouse, we endeavour to process your exchange and dispatch your new item within two - three business days.
The total time of your return depends on the courier you choose to send your return with. We highly recommend sending your return with a tracked and insured service for your own peace of mind. We do not require your return to be sent with an Express service however sending via parcel post may result in some delays while we wait for your return to arrive in our warehouse.
WANTING TO EXCHANGE FOR A LARGER SIZE?If you followed our recommended size guide and you feel that your suit is too small, you're not alone. Remember, our suits are designed to feel very firm at first wear; this is just our shaping fabric working its magic! Your swimsuit will soften with wear while still retaining support. Just want to exchange to a smaller size or a different style? We do not process exchanges. Please email email@example.com to start your return process for credit. Once your return has been processed and deemed good condition, you will be issued a return credit note which can then be used to place a new order for the size or swimsuit you would like.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All requests for return of goods for credit only must be made via email within 30 days of original order. Timeframe will be extended during Christmas period. Returns must be in the original condition, unworn, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or marks of any kind. We reserve the right to reject and return your item if these conditions are not met. Baiia does not accept returns for refunds unless the item is faulty and approved by our quality control team.
Items purchased on sale (including marked down, clearance or sample/second quality items) are final and will not be accepted for return.
As an Australian business, we are regulated by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The Australian Consumer Law has consumer guarantees to ensure that, as a consumer, you are receiving a product that is not faulty, is inline with its description and be fit for purchase. The ACCC also highlight that the grounds in which a consumer is eligible for a refund. These reasons do not apply if you have received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We are able to offer you a store credit if you wish to return your goods to us in as-received condition (outlined above), however do not offer refunds unless it's on the rare occasion that the product is received faulty.
SAMPLE & SECONDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Second & Sample sale purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on second and sample items. Second item/s cannot be purchased in conjunction with any sale or promotion. Quantities are limited.
Seconds & sample styles feature minor marks, discolouration, variation in cut, and/or small imperfections and are selected and dispatched at random. Sample and Seconds items are not eligible for Baiia's alterations assistance. Change of order is not guaranteed before dispatch. Please allow up to 5 business days for your second/sample to be dispatched.
COMPLIMENTARY SARONG PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
One perfectly imperfect sarong per order over $200.00. Colours will be selected at random. Promotion will run until perfectly imperfect stock runs out. There are no exchanges on perfectly imperfect sarongs - they are a complimentary product for you to enjoy or pay forward.
COLOUR & FINAL SEAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Although Baiia Pty Ltd has taken great care to reproduce the colours presented as accurately as possible, colours may vary from monitor to monitor. The colours produced within this website may not match the actual fabric colours. Appearance of fabric colours in imagery are affected by many factors, including photography lighting and varied monitor lighting. We use heat-sublimation printing for our products as it uses no water and non-toxic dyes, but it can produce slight print variations. Each swimsuit has a hand-finished final seam in the crotch of the product (wrap suits and bikini bottoms) and side chest pieces (bikini tops) which allow for the items to be reversible. These seams may be visible and can vary with each swimsuit. These variations do not affect the wearability or comfort of the item.
FAULTY GOODSAll of our designs are handmade with care and are inspected before dispatch to ensure only the highest of quality swimsuits are sent to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a short description of the fault along with a minimum of two photos of the fault. Rest assured, we will work to resolve your enquiry with priority with either a replacement, repair or refund.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Baiia Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping and handling.

Please note that Baiia Pty Ltd offers Delivered At Place (DAP) or delivered duty unpaid (DDU) for our customers in the United Kingdom. As such, we take responsibility for shipping the product only and it is your responsibility as the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees upon receiving your goods. Please keep this in mind when purchasing from us and ensure that these charges are factored into your overall product spend. Please note that items which are returned to us as a result of duties not being paid will be refunded minus any merchant, shipping and handling fees associated.
