Changing your Baiia pieces is now easier than ever, thanks to our new Returns Portal. Using your order number and email address, follow the prompts to return any items that may be the incorrect fit, are a change of mind or, in the very rare instance, that you have received an incorrect item or faulty product.
This all-in-one platform will allow you to provide us with helpful information about your current fit and why you've decided to return and the option to exchange your item/s all in one easy location.
Follow the steps below to begin your return.
Before you begin your return, please see our helpful resources on swimsuit fits, especially if you are feeling like your piece/s are too small. Firmness is completely normal in our range due to the type of fabric we use and this will soften slightly with wear. For additional support, please complete our Fit Consultation form if you would like some support from our Fit Experts who can provide you with extra guidance and education on our unique product before you exchange or return.
Please also familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions around our returns policy listed below on this page before beginning your return. Please note that we offer a store credit only for change of mind returns. In the rare case that your item is faulty, please lodge your return through our portal and our friendly customer service team will be in touch to assist with next steps.
All change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request, or if you'd prefer a different size, you are able to do a direct exchange via our online portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Please ensure to wear appropriate undergarments while trying on swimwear.
In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive. You can also email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line Faulty/Incorrect Item - Order # XXX and your order number. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
We offer store credit notes or exchange if you wish to return your item for a better fit or because you have simply changed your mind. Our store credit notes have no expiry date and can be used for a similar product or for a completely different style. Please note that due to the limitations of our returns portal, we are unable to offer an exchange on one item for multiple (eg. exchanging a wrapsuit for a bikini set). If you are wanting to do this, please select the Store Credit option and purchase your preferred set from our online store directly.
The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Baiia.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Once your return arrives at Baiia HQ, we to issue your store credit within three to five business days.
The total time of your return depends on the courier you choose to send your return with. We highly recommend sending your return with a tracked and insured service for your own peace of mind. We do not require your return to be sent with an Express service however sending via parcel post may result in some delays while we wait for your return to arrive to our team for processing.
