Packages are sent via DHL Express, USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on your location. For countries Baiia is currently able to ship to, please see our Shipping Page.

RETURNS

All full-price change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or an exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request or an exchange via our online returns portal.
