Bikini Waist Tie Hacks

Waist tie hacks - Make the most of your bikini top

You’ve secured yourself a Baiia Reversible Bikini, and now you’re wondering how to maximise wear and turn it into the most versatile piece in your wardrobe. We’re here to tell you that the waist tie is your most valuable tool. We have compiled our favourite tips, tricks and hacks to ensure you look ravishing each time you step out in your Baiia.

One of our favourite things about the Baiia Reversible Bikini Top is its adjustable coverage. You can get as much (or as little) coverage as you like with a little adjusting and your trusty waist tie. For a daring, plunging neckline, take one of your waist ties and loop through both chest pieces of the top. Tie a knot to cinch the two chest pieces together, and there you have it! This is going to create a gorgeous low-cut neckline for a cheekier coverage look. Tie a big bow at the front, or pull the length of the tie around to make a small bow at the back.
Waist Ties
For a stunning, feminine touch, use one of your ties as a headband. Place the middle of the tie at the nape of your neck. Bring each side of the tie above your head, cross the pieces over twice to create an elegant knot and then tie the loose ends in a simple bow at the nape of your neck. This hack is perfect for lounging poolside, or when you want to add a touch of glamour to everyday wear.
Rhy Headband
For a cute, playful look, tie a big bow at the top of each shoulder using your waist ties. This hack is a favourite of our customers, and we’re loving this look as well!
2 Bows
One of our all-time favourite tips and tricks is to use the tie to create a halter effect. Not only does this look beautiful, but it also provides additional bust support and lift - particularly for those blessed with a larger bust. Take your tie and loop through the straps of both chest pieces behind your shoulders. Tie a knot to cinch the straps together to wherever is comfortable, and finish with a bow. From the front, the bikini top will appear as a halter neckline, and from the back, you have gorgeous bow detailing. We recommend this hack to anyone who feels like they have a little too much slack in the straps of the reversible bikini top or those who are looking for a little extra ‘oomph’ and support in the bust.
Halter Neck
The elegant, classic bow is a simple but never boring addition to your look. Loop the tie around the narrow point of one chest piece, tie a knot, and then tie a bow. This is perfect for when you want to style your reversible bikini with a fuller-coverage look, but still want to add a little something extra to the look.
