What’s your favourite thing about being a woman?

“My favourite thing about being a woman is the deep connections we share with other females in our lives. The strength and resilience modelled to us by our friends, sisters and mothers ensures we see first-hand that we are capable of achieving anything we set our mind to. From building families to building empires and everything in between, there is truly nothing more powerful than a determined woman and I am so proud to be part of the sisterhood!”
In what ways do you think women's achievements have shaped the world we live in today?

From securing voting rights to making groundbreaking advancements in science and business, women have proven time and again that progress for ALL thrives on empowerment, inclusivity, and giving women’s voices the respect they deserve.”
How do you see men being allies in supporting inclusivity and equality?

“In my opinion, a good ally listens actively and empathetically, prioritising the voices of those most affected by issues. Understanding their perspectives is essential for meaningful change. Men cannot fully comprehend the daily challenges faced by women, so it's crucial to learn through listening. Action shouldn't be the burden on the people being treated unfairly either; it's on men to change their behaviour and confront discrimination. For me, challenging any internalised patriarchal norms and supporting others through solidarity is how men can start helping us move towards a more inclusive future.”
Can you shout out a woman of today who you see as a role model and why?

“I’m so lucky to have many amazing women in my life but my top role model that I’d love to shout out is my big sis, Steph! I would be lost without her. Her wisdom, intelligence and compassion will always inspire me. Ever since I was little, I wanted to be just like her. The strength she carries, her fearless independence, knowing her worth and having humility while staying so caring, kind and giving are all things I admire. Plus, no one gets me and my jokes like her!”
