    All full-price change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request, or if you'd prefer a different size, you are able to do a direct exchange via our online portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.

    Please ensure to wear appropriate undergarments while trying on swimwear.

    In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive.     Is there bust support?

    Our Wrapsuits feature as much bust support possible within our reversible design that is wire-free and unpadded to allow for full reversibility. The construction of our Wrapsuits itself naturally assists in holding the girls up with our firm fabrics designed to fit A-H cup. We suggest going for a triple-lined suit for the best support and compression possible. There is also a halter-tie technique our customers love that helps create more security and lift (beautiful Natalie demonstrates in her review video here at 9:03)

    How much bum-coverage will I have?

    Ultimately our suits do sit differently on each woman depending on their body shape and torso length which can create more or less coverage. Our Wrapsuit is designed to be a classic cut, not quite cheeky and not quite full coverage.     A unique Bikini top made up of 2 individual pieces and 2 waist-cinching ties (print and solid) to achieve interchangeability and customisable comfort.

    Fully reversible and seamless for a smooth finish and no harsh lines on the skin.

    Handmade slowly and ethically.

    Luxuriously sustainable fabrics made from recycled ocean plastic. 

    Coloured with skin-safe and certified planet-friendly, water-based Italian inks using a sublimation printing process (avoiding any water use/wastage).

    No plastic packaging! Everything from our hygiene stickers, to our mailers, are plastic-free. Instead, we use home compostable or recycled paper packaging.

    Carbon neutral delivery.

     

    CARE DETAILS

    While all of our styles are handmade with care to ensure durability, the longevity of your swimwear will ultimately come down to how they are cared for. To ensure your Baiia remains in perfect condition, please keep the following in mind:

    While our suits can withstand machine washes, we recommend handwashing/rinsing in cold water.

    Do not leave in the sun or hand iron (this may cause fading/damage).

    Make sure all sand is properly removed from the swimwear.

    Keep in a dry place with frequent airflow and ventilation.

    I purchase the bikini top and the bottoms. The bikini fits beautifully and I love the material it is made from, so comfortable and versatile.     THE BEST!

    Absolutely love the sizing and firm fit of the wrap top. I felt totally secure all day and received soooo many compliments all day! Not to mention the many different ways you can wear the top, it changed the total look every single time, can you ask for anything more? Well yes, yes you can, because you can also use the ties to give your girls the lift they are screaming for in swimwear … just perfection all day long!!
