All full-price change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request, or if you'd prefer a different size, you are able to do a direct exchange via our online portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.

In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive. Is there bust support?
Our Wrapsuits feature as much bust support possible within our reversible design that is wire-free and unpadded to allow for full reversibility. The construction of our Wrapsuits itself naturally assists in holding the girls up with our firm fabrics designed to fit A-H cup. We suggest going for a triple-lined suit for the best support and compression possible. There is also a halter-tie technique our customers love that helps create more security and lift (beautiful Natalie demonstrates in her review video here at 9:03)

How much bum-coverage will I have?
Ultimately our suits do sit differently on each woman depending on their body shape and torso length which can create more or less coverage. Our Wrapsuit is designed to be a classic cut, not quite cheeky and not quite full coverage. We recommend reading our blog-post dedicated to bum-coverage that features images of different sized models and how it sits for them here.

While all of our styles are handmade with care to ensure durability, the longevity of your swimwear will ultimately come down to how they are cared for. To ensure your Baiia remains in perfect condition, please keep the following in mind:
While our suits can withstand machine washes, we recommend handwashing/rinsing in cold water.
Do not leave in the sun or hand iron (this may cause fading/damage).
Make sure all sand is properly removed from the swimwear.
Keep in a dry place with frequent airflow and ventilation.

So happy with this purchase. Within 24 hours I wore the long sleeve wrap top to a birthday party (over the dahlia skirt styled as a dress) and then the next morning I wore it on a hike with pants. Really appreciate the versatility and multi use.

This is a great wrap top. Made from different material to the matching swimwear, so understandable slightly different colour. Would be great if a perfect match but appreciate not always possible with different fabrics, it’s pretty close though! Would be great to have a fuller cover up option, appreciate I can tie the wrap a bit tighter to cover more skin.
