Isla Wrap Skirt - Black

I love this skirt. The fabric is very soft, falls well and has a bit of give so it can be tied firmly. Might need to get the black too! I went up a size in case I want to wear it as a dress too but it easily adjusts to my usual size as a skirt.

I loved the versatility of this skirt, can be worn as a top, skirt and a dress, looked so good in video. Sizing was pretty spot on, the issue I have is the fabric, it’s sort of silky but does not feel expensive. The print is also pixelated, like it’s been printed on low resolution, I just expected more for the price.

I added a photo of a dress I own from Zara, was like $80, the print on that look so much sharper and the wrap skirt looks blurry. I also bought the matching swimwear, that one was pretty good.

Ordered the Isla wrap to go with the bikini and didn’t expect more than a match item. Actually, I love it! The fabric is stretchy and feels luxurious, cool to the touch. This is going to be my go to piece for my upcoming holiday!

The fabric is so soft! I have worn it twice in the week since purchasing and the only downside is that it does crease easily (the attached video is after one wear).

There was a loose thread as you can see, but not a issue.

The material has a lovely stretch and the tulum colour is a little more golden than I had expected, so here is a photo of the skirt next to the window on a cloudy day.

I love this skirt so much I am going to get it in more prints, but this time I will size down as I had sized up to wear this as a dress and it doesn’t wrap as well when wearing as a skirt.

I have the Martinique bikini and love it, so I expected to love the wrap skirt too - and I do! Unfortunately, it works less well as a dress. I purchased a medium, based on the two bikinis I've purchased, and the measurements of the model. But when I wrap this skirt as a dress, there's barely enough tie length for a knot, let alone a bow. I suspect that ordering a size up would have worked better.

The fabric is beautiful and washes well, the quality is evident. I love how versatile it is. I’ve worn it daily since it arrived !

Really impressed with my new wrap skirt, the material is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it all the different ways. I'll be studying the video on how to wear it a few times over! The skirt is nicely true to size, too.
