Due to ongoing changes in US tariffs under the Trump administration, there may be unexpected duties, taxes, or import costs on your order. As these charges are determined by US customs and beyond our control, Baiia will not be liable for any additional costs that may arise. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest information before placing your order.
Please note: If DHL or U.S. Customs requests your Social Security Number (SSN) for the release of goods, this is a requirement set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. This process is mandated by the U.S. government and is beyond Baiia’s control.

As of July 1st 2021, the EU has removed the 22 Eurode minimis limit. This means that your order will be subject to VAT upon arrival. Unfortunately, Baiia can not pre-pay these taxes on your behalf. Please contact your local customs office for more information and estimates. RETURNS
All full-price change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or an exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request or an exchange via our online returns portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Read our Returns terms and conditions here.
